All Sales are Final: Please read the descriptions provided . Check the measurements for the best fit. Some exceptions for refunds can be granted. Please notify ROCDAN immediately if you are not satisfied with our products. All return items must be shipped and insured (at customer's expense) back to: ROCDAN, 507 Shelview Circle, Chesapeake, VA 23323 within a 7-day period in order to receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding initial shipping/handling charges). All pieces must arrive in the same condition as the day sold. Method of refund may not reflect method of initial payment. Please ask for additional information prior to purchasing.

Shipping: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to custom make your order and get it safely shipped to you. All pieces are packed and shipped based on the calculated shipping rate displayed at Checkout. All pieces are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted and requested. If you experience problems at Checkout, note that you can email us your order or print the optional order form above. Additional shipping charges will apply for international destinations.

Payment Terms: You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes in full when payments are specified as due. The timing of the assessment of charges will be determined by the sole discretion of Greg Norris, owner of THE ROCDAN GROUP Website. Payments need to be received within 5 working days of respective request. Any late payments risk the unavailability of the specified product or products. All payments are expected to be received on time.

Each Transaction including phone orders must be treated as a new order accompanied by re-entering the appropriate information.
